We provide a full meet-&-greet service where your driver will text you upon arrival in the terminal or designated pick up point to reassure you they are there & the exact location where to meet. If you would like your chauffeur to share their location with you via Google Maps please ask if it can be enabled. The charge for an in-terminal meet-&-greet is £10 to cover the early arrival of the car & driver, flight tracking & car parking. At some airports, where legal, our clients prefer to be scooped up from the designated drop off/pick up point as this is quicker & cheaper & we will advise you if this option is viable.
For airport and train station pickups, we offer to all ExecFirm clients a complimentary wait time of 60 minutes. We understand that there may be issues beyond your control that could lead to unexpected delays. By providing your flight or train details upon booking, we are able to track your arrival time and will adjust your pickup time accordingly. If there is a major change or delay we will contact you to work out an alternative solution.
Should there be a requirement for a driver to wait or stop at the client’s request during a journey or if the client is excessively late for the booking this time will be charged at £20 per hour in quarter hour increments of £5.00. Note: The first 15 minutes of any pick up is free of charge. Waiting time at the same rate will be charged from one hour after landing on airport pickups.
For airport pickups, your ExecFirm driver will be waiting for you at the Airport Arrivals hall with a personalised name sign. For airport pickups where this is not possible, the driver will call and also send an SMS once you have arrived.
As our vehicles are rear wheel drive automatics we reserve the right to cancel journeys due to adverse weather conditions such as snow & ice etc as we will risk assess the conditions for client & driver safety. In the rare occurrence this happens we will certainly give clients as much notice as possible & keep them updated. Clients who have pre-paid will be fully reimbursed or the fare credited to another booking & an alternative means of travel can be discussed.
The price of a journey is determined by the distance or duration, depending on whether a one-way or return journey is booked. Additional factors that influence the price are the pickup time, the meet and greet (available at most airports), and how far in advance the ride was booked. We regularly review our prices to ensure we remain competitive.
You can make your request when you book your journey, by writing in the “Notes” section. This will make sure your driver is aware of your request ahead of time. Our drivers want to make your experience a comfortable one and will do everything they can to accommodate your needs.

We are fully licensed with our local authority & are comprehensively insured for Hire & Reward with public liability cover. All documents can be viewed by appointment if required & copies are carried in the vehicles.
